OK - here it is! All the way from the USA to AU.
Arrived late today - next few days are wet.
So it will be Saturday arvo before I give it a clean and a ride.

I've not ridden a simplex before so will have to read the manual on " Dummies guide to starting and riding a simplex" LOL

how great this is.  Just rock back that clutch a bit with a little throttle(reverse) and away you will go!!  Then we you are done dump the compression with the left grip. It makes a cool sound.

Looks like the bike has a good home. Once the rain stops the fun will begin.
Looks like you already have a willing passenger to ride with you.
Its funny my granddaughter gets more excited over the bikes than my grandson.
She is 11 and doesn't talk about cars; only when she gets her first motorbike.
Try and get a picture of that first ride for us.
Have fun and enjoy the bike my friend
Cheers

Thanks - My daughter has grown up with my auto habits.

I have a few cars - she calls my 65 gt fastback - HERS.
She hates my vintage porsche too loud.

But she jumped on this bike.
Hopefully tomorrow I can crank her over and get a ride.

Thanks for the positive responses.

Who's got a 47/8 model with title for sale? LOL

Just sold my 47 to a fellow. I think it will have a good home with him.
I have a 56 that runs like a top now. My wife has taken it though; I just hope she lets me ride it sometimes.
Enjoy my friend
Cheers

Stafford the gentleman I purchased from sent manuals and receipts - he had purchased parts from Wayne.
He had handwritten notes and email exchanges - everything included. I had 3 Skype face to face calls before he agreed to sell it to Australia.

Now I just have to fire it up!

Just thought I'd touch base and say hello!

Bike still garaged here in Australia.
Life's got in the way of enjoying it at present.
But I figure I am an owner for life!

Hope everyones well!

Very nice bike, but not the first.  Bryan Cullen came from Australia to attend the show in Hammond, Louisiana, in September 1993, and he owned one.   Mike
