Hello from Portland Oregon

Just joined yesterday. I have loved the look of these little things for years, but never had a way to justify one. Now I work just a couple miles from work, and its all 25 mph speed limit. I think I can finally convince the wife that I need one.

Does anyone know of a project available in the Portland (Oregon) area? I have several Honda 120 and 160 motors from the kids quarter midget days. Looks like one of them (or the Continentals) would be perfect for one.

Yea when I first heard of Portland I also thought of Oregon. I still wont to make a trip back over there to see the Spruce Goose.   8)

I started to get excited, then the more I read about where people were coming from, I started to think it must be some other Portland.

You'll bave to go see the Spruce Goose again. They have really enlarged the museum latley.

Well it is a bit of a drive from there about 2300 miles. Wow that's far but there is one that comes up from California way. Just putting that out there.
