Too bad it is so far away. Some of those wheel lots would be nice to win. BUT without seeing them they may all be garbage.

If anyone else from Michigan is bidding... maybe we could use the same pallet to truck our items back here.

Will anyone here actually be attending the Wollard Auction? 3500 miles is a bit of a stretch for me.

I'm glad I didn't go cause with my little money all I would leave with is a box of rusty bolts. Hope who ever gets the mold for the fender tips starts making some.

6 hours of Blood, Sweat and Tears!   But I did alright.  Can't believe what some items went for. So many rollers went for great prices.  I thought the yellow truck and the glide went for way too cheap. It was FUN!

I was online the whole time also!  Do you think that truck is real, or a homebuilt?  The price would lead one to believe it is not an original.  Like I said above, I thought the glide was going to sell for big money, as there can't be many around.  I know Bob Legron told me he knew someone else who had one, but that is about it.

I bought some reproduction manuals and a batch of Gary's book that I will be making available through the website in the near future.

I also picked up some wico flywheels and backing plates and some other parts.

Anyone else participate?

I bid on the other set of wheels, but didn't get them.  All those big, heavy, hard to ship items were bought by people there.  I didn't want to bid a lot on wheels that I had no idea of the condition.

Thats true. I wonder if any of this stuff will make it on ebay. Those engines went cheap also.

I would think some of it may.  I wanted to buy some cylinders, but I couldn't tell the condition, and did not want to buy junk.  I know Wayne was there, so I would not be surprised if he bought a lot of the stuff.  If so, he will make stuff available for a reasonable price.

Gary sure had a lot of mud flaps made!  I bet there was around 500 pairs sold.  I didn't want to buy 100 pairs, just to get a couple of sets.
